Current Approved Service Area
Our current service area includes:
Augusta/Richmond County/Area 1
Evans/Columbia County/Area 2
Grovetown/Columbia County/Area 3
Hephzibah/Richmond and Burke County/Area 4
North Augusta/Aiken and Edgefield County/Area 5
Service availability may vary by time, driver availability, weather, traffic, road conditions, and safety conditions.
Outside the Service Area
If your vehicle is outside our approved service area, we may decline service or provide a custom quote if assistance is available.
Membership benefits apply only within the approved service area unless your written membership plan says otherwise.
No Guaranteed Arrival Time
Estimated arrival times are estimates only. Actual arrival times may vary due to distance, traffic, weather, service volume, road closures, inaccurate location details, or other circumstances outside our control.
Towing Notice
Coachman Roadside Assistance does not currently offer towing, even inside the service area.
