These SMS and Email Terms explain how Coachman Roadside Assistance may contact you by text message and email.
Transactional Communications
When you request service, purchase a membership, submit a form, or contact Coachman Roadside Assistance, we may send transactional messages related to:
Service request confirmations.
Arrival updates.
Driver or responder communications.
Membership notices.
Account updates.
Billing and payment notices.
Safety-related information.
Customer support.
Policy updates.
Transactional messages may be necessary to provide the service you requested.
Marketing Text Messages
If you choose to opt in to marketing text messages, you authorize Coachman Roadside Assistance to send recurring automated and non-automated text messages to the phone number you provided.
Messages may include membership updates, promotions, special offers, reminders, announcements, and customer support messages.
Consent to marketing text messages is not required to purchase services.
Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Coachman Roadside Assistance is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by mobile carriers, networks, devices, or third-party providers.
How to Opt Out of Text Messages
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 706-237-8188 or services@coachmanroadside.com.
After you opt out, you may still receive messages confirming your opt-out request or transactional communications when legally permitted or necessary to complete a service you requested.
Email Communications
By providing your email address, you agree that Coachman Roadside Assistance may send emails related to service requests, memberships, account administration, billing, customer support, policy updates, and promotional messages.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails. Even if you unsubscribe from promotional emails, we may still send transactional or account-related emails when needed to provide services, manage your account, process payments, or comply with legal obligations.
Consent Records
Coachman Roadside Assistance may keep records of SMS and email consent, including the date, time, phone number, email address, form page, IP address if available, and consent language shown at the time of opt-in.
